As I told friends and family about the things she did, they could not believe it. Our first meeting she guided us through the entire process on what to expect. She spent hours helping us get the house ready by doing touch up paint, and cleaning. She even helped with packing after we had a contract. She did an exceptional job creating a promotional video on our home in preparation for the listing. Yuliya's communication was off the chart in timeliness, responses to questions, and letting us know what to expect. She has a great network of reasonably priced contractors for any work which needed to be done on our home. The average list time to sell in our zip code was 49 days. We were on the market for 10 days. This I am sure was partly due to her marketing of our home, the open houses, etc. Every obstacle which came our way she took the lead on resolving or telling us what we needed to do, to resolve it. I cannot recommend Yuliya enough! She was accessible and reliable and helped me to see properties in a very timely manner and make a competitive offer. She navigated a difficult situation with hail damage occurring DURING our final walk through and negotiating with the seller's agent to ensure that an insurance claim would be filed and repairs made. She managed to do all of this in under 48 hours so that we were able to close on time. She was attentive to all of the details necessary to make my home buying process as seamless as possible.
